Because we're centrally located, you can play golf at Gleneagles, Loch Lomond, Troon, Turnberry or St. Andrews (they're all within one hour) with four excellent local courses within 20 minutes. Visit Scotland's capital, Edinburgh - or Glasgow, Stirling and Perth - all within one hour - for the best in culture (The annual Edinburgh International arts festival), shopping, restaurants, bars and clubs, art galleries and colossal historical collections.

For children, a wealth of safe exploration and investigation is to be had in the Queen Elizabeth Forest, literally at our door, with plenty of amenities for their entertainment (even on rainy days!). There's an indoor climbing centre, Farm Life centre, Pony trekking and horse riding centre, leisure complex with a swimming pool, sauna, multi - gym, squash courts etc.

In Winter, there's Skiing or Snowboarding at one of four resorts. We're one hour from Glencoe or Glen Shee with Aviemore (Cairngorms) and Fort William within two hours. Ice climb in a frozen wilderness on some of Scotland's most respected Munros (peaks over 3000 feet). Other superb locations for winter pursuits and wilderness walks are all within two hours (Glen Torridon, Glencoe etc.)
